The National water policy of 1987 says that Water is a prime natural resource, a basic human need, and a precious national asset and the National water policy of 2002 says that the water resources of the country should be developed and managed in an integrated manner. Planning and development of water resources need to be saved. Water resources should be developed to transfer water from one place to other and one river to another river.
